The phone is priced
at a modest 9K Indian rupees (yes, I KNOW that quoting current market values tend to make blog-posts seem outdated after a while. Nevertheless, one can only pretend that most readers will eventually be finding out how much it actually costs once they hit the road looking for it).

Besides the large touch screen, there's not a very brilliant array of features lined up in this one, and from initial reviews it seems that it might not be able to beat our very-bloggable, personally-modded-cameraphone at photography after all. But then again, how many SUV-themed gadgets could you fit into your pocket for just a fraction of the originals' prices?
That makes us wonder and imagine a time when a kid walks upto his father and asks "Dad, what came first, the Hummer or the phone you carry around so proudly?", and daddy dearest in all his witty humor replies "Of course the phone son, coz we don't have the 'finances' to get the SUVi".
